تعرض تشيلسي لخسارة جديدة أمام برايتون بثلاثة أهداف لهدف واحد على ملعب ستامفورد بريدج، مساء أمس في الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز.
وبهزيمة مباراة أمس، اصبح تشيلسي يحتل المركز الثامن في جدول ترتيب الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز برصيد 8 نقاط.
وقد انتشرت تقارير صحفية بعد نهاية المباراة أن الشكوك أصبحت تحيط بمستقبل المدرب الإيطالي إنزو ماريسكا، الذي يثير حالة من عدم اليقين بشأن بقائه على رأس الجهاز الفني للبلوز.
وأكد الصحفي البريطاني “بن جاكوبس” عبر صفحته الرسمية حقيقة هذه التقارير، حيث ذكر أن ماريسكا لا يزال يحظى بدعم كامل من إدارة تشيلسي رغم الهزائم أمام بايرن ميونخ ومانشستر يونايتد وبرايتون.

وتعتقد إدارة تشيلسي أن ما يتراوح بين 4 إلى 5 هزائم لتشيلسي في الأشهر الستة الماضية تضمنت بطاقات حمراء وهو ما ينظر إليه على أنه عامل مؤثر.
ويلاحظ أن ملاك تشيلسي ومديريه الرياضيين ما زالوا هادئين بشأن مستقبل ماريسكا، كما كانوا خلال فترة الركود في فترة الأعياد الموسم الماضي وقد واصل البلوز مسيرته بعد ذلك وحقق بطولتين وصعد نحو المراكز الأربعة الأولى في ترتيب البريميرليج.
ويقدر مجلس إدارة تشيلسي بأن موسمًا يضم أكثر من 60 مباراة سيشهد صعودًا وهبوطًا للفريق على مستوى النتائج، وينتظر البلوز أسبوع حافل بمباريات ضد بنفيكا وليفربول.

“There was some excellent football, really fluid, we moved the ball well and gave them a problem either through our possession play or through our pressing – and we should have been out of sight.
“You saw that last season, when it’s 1-0 there’s always a chance, but they didn’t create chances, they didn’t have those moments, but what they did have was a goal that shouldn’t have been a goal. But I thought the reaction was fantastic.
“What you can do is control what you can do, which is your performance, and we reacted really well and got the goal. We know what it’s like, it’s going to be really hard this season. Sheffield United were in the play-off final last year, we are talking about a team that was twenty minutes away from the Premier League. To beat a team like that is a big, big test. A big challenge, and we did it tonight.”
Next up for Birmingham is a trip to Blackburn Rovers in the Championship on Saturday afternoon, with potential new signings being looked at away from on-pitch matters.

According to McGrath on X, Birmingham have submitted an offer for £5m-rated Queens Park Rangers attacker Koki Saito, with Derby County also interested in signing him.
Saito could be exactly what Birmingham are after this summer, with the three-cap Japan international adding extra depth and quality in the final, having proven himself in the Championship.

Público pagante tem alta de 52% em 2023
Ao todo, os jogos realizados no primeiro trimestre de 2023 levaram mais de 5,8 milhões de pessoas aos estádios brasileiros. Este número representa uma alta de 52% em comparação com os 3,8 milhões do mesmo período em 2022.

De acordo com dados do FootStats, durante o clássico com o Corinthians, a equipe de Dorival teve uma média de 638 passes certos – o que é muito, principalmente se comparar com as estatísticas do rival, que contou com somente 303 passes certos, não sendo nem a metade do Tricolor. Além disso, teve cerca de 65% da posse de bola.
Inclusive, algumas interações entre jogadores chamaram atenção. The 9/10 Spurs star who now looks undroppable
It may be early days in the new manager’s spell at Spurs, but he’s already demonstrated he’s able to get the best out of the current crop of players – as seen by the 100% win record in England’s top-flight.
The Dane’s men restricted the hosts to minimal chances in dangerous areas, something that’s no mean feat – after they scored four times at Wolves on the opening day.
Defensively, the likes of Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven managed to impress, preventing the potent Erling Haaland from pulling off a single effort on target.
However, the solidity at the back allowed for turnovers and counter-attacks to be created, which saw Richarlison impress once more at the top end of the pitch.
The Brazilian started in the number nine role, but ran the opposition ragged, often running the channels – which saw him register the assist for Johnson’s opener.
Along with his assist, his underlying stats also highlight the quality he provided, despite being unable to add to his two-goal haul from last weekend.
He made just 29 touches during his 78-minute outing, but many of which were as a result of the Brazilian providing the out ball to play off in their direct play.

The 28-year-old also registered three efforts on goal, notching eight touches in the opposition box – the most of any player on the pitch between both teams.
Richarlison’s excellent showing saw him also win two fouls, whilst coming out on top in six of the duels he entered – topping off his workmanlike performance at the Etihad.
As a result of his showing, he was handed a 9/10 match rating by Football Insider’s Ben Palmer – putting the icing on the cake on what was a superb outing for the former Everton star.
After such a performance, Frank simply can’t drop the Brazilian, with his arrival evidently handing the forward a new lease of life in his own career in North London.
If he can continue his impressive start to 2025/26, he can certainly nail down the number nine position as his own – potentially playing a huge part in any success this campaign.

ووفقاً ل “بي بي سي” البريطانية فإنه من المتوقع أن يغيب كول بالمر جناح تشيلسي عن الملاعب حتى نوفمبر المقبل بعد إصابته المستمرة في الفخد.
وواجه اللاعب صاحب الـ23 عاماً مشاكل متكررة منذ ظهور الإصابة خلال فترة تحضيرية قصيرة للموسم الجديد استمرت أسبوعين والتي أعقبت مساهمته المحورية في فوز البلوز بكأس العالم للأندية في يوليو الماضي.

وكان بالمر قد جرى استبداله بعد 21 دقيقة من بداية المباراة التي تعرض فيها البلوز للخسارة ضد مانشستر يونايتد بهدفين لهدف واحد في 20 سبتمبر.
وصرح إنزو ماريسكا أنه سيقوم بحماية نجمه الدولي الإنجليزي وسيعطي له فترة راحة لضمان تعافيه بعد فترة التوقف الحالية، ومن المرجح أن يغيب بالمر عن مباريات نوتينجهام فورست وأياكس وسندرلاند وولفرهامبتون.

وأضاف تشافي في حديثه: “كان التعاقد مع لويس دياز من أولويات الجهاز الفني وأنا شخصيًا عندما كنت المدرب، لكنه كان مستحيلًا”.
واختتم لاعب خط الوسط السابق عن أسباب رغبته في ضم دياز إلى برشلونة: ”الأسباب واضحة، لويس دياز لاعب كرة قدم من الطراز العالمي قادر على إحداث الفارق، جناح يتمتع بسرعة فائقة، هداف ويصنع الأهداف ومجتهد”.
دياز انتهى به المطاف خلال فترة الميركاتو الصيفي الأخير خارج نادي ليفربول، حيث تعاقد بايرن ميونخ مع الدولي الكولومبي، مقابل أكثر من 70 مليون يورو.

Now, according to various reports, Kostas Tsimikas is now close to sealing a loan move from Liverpool to Roma, with the transfer seemingly in its final stages and “one step away”. This comes after Gazzetta dello Sport [via Sport Witness] reported that the Greek was pushing for a move away from Anfield this summer.
This feels like a good outcome for all parties for now, prior to a likely permanent exit next summer, with Tsimikas unlikely to play much for Liverpool this season.

Milos Kerkez’s arrival has pushed him further down the left-back pecking order, so barring injury woes in that position, opportunities will be limited.
Tsimikas has been a good servant for Liverpool, making himself a hero by scoring the winning penalty in the 2022 FA Cup final shootout victory over Chelsea, and being called “fantastic” by journalist Ian Doyle, but he has never quite felt like a genuinely excellent option.
